Who & what are they?

A coffee brand for the fabulous brewery Hall & Woodhouse – a bold, rich colourful coffee house that resides in all of their pubs as a coffee shouldn’t just be black and white.

The Goal

Help launch Colourful Coffee at the Black Rabbit pub in Arundel and entice customers to come into the pub.

What we did

Highlighted the many reasons why one would want to sip a fresh bean steamy mug of coffee whilst gazing out across the river Adur through an online campaign and wrote a cheeky, fun email series that was automated once customers registered to enjoy a free coffee & cake on their birthday.

The Results

The Black Rabbit was recognised as the pub with the biggest uplift in sales and most profit for the last 2 months in a row out of all the Hall & Woodhouse brewery pubs.

Over 300 new subscribers in 3 months which then was set-up in a way that would continue attracting subscribers and send out the offer.
